Core Responsibilities Business & Employment-Based Immigration Department of Labor (DOL) ComplianceManage strict DOL processes, including LCAs, PWRs, and all phases of the PERM Labor Certification process.
Family & Humanitarian Case ManagementDraft and prepare complex USCIS forms for family-based and humanitarian matters including Adjustment of Status, U-Visas, VAWA, and Naturalization.
Serve as a point of contact for HR representatives, corporate stakeholders, and foreign national employees, providing clear, empathetic, and professional updates.
Legal Research & WritingConduct thorough research on country conditions, corporate structures, statutes, and case law. Draft support letters, declarations, affidavits, and RFE responses.
Operational EfficiencyManage deadlines, expiration dates, calendars, and docketing with absolute accuracy.
While the focus is Immigration, candidates with capacity to assist in Family, Criminal, and Civil Litigation matters are regarded as strategic assets.

Education Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
