Contract Attorney

Part-time consultation work for immigration attorneys who already do contract work.

• Roughly four hours a day running client consultations.
• Paid per consultation, plus commission on the cases you sign.
• Hearing coverage in your local area, compensated separately.
• A standing relationship, not a one-off overflow assignment.
• Not a salaried associate position - if that is what you want, apply for the full-time attorney role instead.

• Admission and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• Attorneys who work as contract attorneys - not attorneys building their own book of clients.
• Experience running consultations and signing the client at the end of them.
• Spanish, Arabic, Haitian Creole or Portuguese at a client-facing level is a real advantage.

He hosts The American Dream Podcast and keeps a library of educational immigration videos in English, Spanish and Arabic.
