An established plaintiff side personal injury practice in Los Angeles. This is a newly created role as the firm builds out how it brings in and signs new clients.
The roleYou will be the first legal voice many injured people hear. You will speak with prospective clients, assess their cases, explain how the firm can help and sign the right matters. You will also lead a small intake team, set the standard for how calls are handled and work closely with the case handling attorneys.
What you will need- Active California bar license
- At least one year of personal injury experience
- Happy to work in the LA office every day
- A warm, persuasive manner and comfort guiding clients towards a decision
- Spanish is worth mentioning if you speak it
A base of $130K to $180K plus bonus, a brand new role you can shape, and the chance to lead a team early in your career.
