Legal Assistant Opportunity
- Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys, including drafting, editing, proofreading, and filing legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and case-related materials.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, court appearances, depositions, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Coordinate document management, e-filing, records maintenance, and case tracking to ensure compliance with court rules, firm procedures, and client requirements.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional communication and professional client service.
- Support litigation, corporate, real estate, or other legal practice areas by conducting research, preparing case materials, organizing files, and assisting with trial or transaction preparation.
$25.00 to $35.00 per hour
