An intellectual property law firm in northern New Jersey with a full support platform for attorneys who bring their own clients.
The roleYou will bring and grow a patent or trademark prosecution practice, with the firm providing the support around you. Pay is linked to results, with a share of collections, origination credit on new business and a share of firm profits. We will want to understand the size of your book, your balance between prosecution and litigation, and any client conflicts.
What you will need- 5 to 20 years of patent or trademark prosecution
- A portable book of business
- USPTO registration for patent work, or bar admission for trademark work
- Able to reach the northern New Jersey office on a hybrid basis
- $200K to $250K
- A share of collections
- Origination credit on new business
- Profit share
- Full support platform
