A small, mission driven plaintiff side firm in Atlanta handling serious injury and medical malpractice cases, including birth injury matters.
The roleYou will handle complex medical malpractice and catastrophic injury litigation, taking and defending expert depositions and carrying a real share of each case. There is a fast track to first chair for the right attorney. The role involves travel three to four times a month, so you need to be comfortable being on the road. We will want to hear about your expert deposition experience and case volume.
Whatyou will need
- Admitted to the Georgia bar
- 7 to 10 years of heavy medical malpractice or catastrophic injury litigation
- Experience taking and defending expert depositions
- Happy to travel 3 to 4 times a month
- $180K to $220K
- A fast track to first chair
- A small, close team
- Meaningful, high stakes cases
