The firm
A business focused law firm in West Los Angeles set up to support lawyers who originate work. The client base is largely middle market companies and their owners.
The roleYou will bring your practice across, keep growing it and service it with support from the wider firm. The firm is looking for someone who wins work, not someone who waits for it to be handed down.
What you will need- 8 or more years in practice, currently a partner
- A portable book of at least $500K, ideally $800K to $1M or more
- A track record of originating new clients
- California bar admission, or willing to obtain it
A base of $200K to $230K, a platform built around originators, sophisticated middle market work and a hybrid pattern of two office days a week.
