Our office is seeking a prosecutor to help ensure that justice is done in Montgomery County. If you have an interest in:

We are currently accepting applications from licensed attorneys with two or more years of experience, with the anticipation that you would begin with felony work in our office.

We have ample opportunities to assist appropriate defendants through a variety of specialty courts, but our primary focus is accountability for those who harm others. We are victim-focused first, and we take seriously the responsibility to impose meaningful consequences on those who hurt others or persist in criminal activity.

The salary range is $98,510 to $121,727 depending on your experience, with ample opportunities to supplement that amount after your initial 90 days. County benefits are competitive, and details are available upon request.
