• Represent the State of Texas in criminal prosecutions.
• Work with law enforcement, victims, and witnesses.
• Draft legal motions, pleadings, and trial briefs.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws.
• Prepare and present cases in court, including jury selection and witness examination.
• Assist in negotiating plea agreements and settlements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in Texas
  .
• 0-3 years of legal experience (criminal law experience preferred but not required).
• Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of cases.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
