A US law firm with offices in several major cities and a busy real estate transactional practice.
The roleYou will work on a range of real estate transactions and take the lead on deals, rather than sitting behind layers of senior attorneys. The billable target is 1,800 hours, and the working pattern is hybrid. Candidates can be based in either Los Angeles or New York. We will want to understand the deal types you have handled so far.
What you will need- 4 to 7 years of real estate transactional work at a boutique, mid size or large national firm
- Currently working at a law firm
- Comfortable leading deals
- Based in Los Angeles or New York
- $225K to $275K
- An 1,800 hour billable target
- Hybrid working
- Lead roles on deals
