Work a consistent 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM Night shift with a bi-weekly schedule. Only work 14 days a month!

• Week 1: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on = 48 hours
• Week 2: 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off = 36 hours
• Built-in Overtime:
  Any hours worked over 40 hours in a week are paid at 1.5x your base rate

Position Summary:

The Security & Dispatch Associatewillassistwith a variety of duties. The person occupying this person may interact with Leadership, office, product,drivers, systems, and clients to track, inspect, and record shipmentsinan accurate and professional manner. The person occupying this position will alsobe responsible for directing traffic and drivers. ASecurity & Dispatch Associate must be attentive to the activity going on around the property as well as the handling of checking in trucks.

This person also must have basic computer and clerical skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Help direct traffic, communicate with truck drivers,and ensure best use of staged truck parking
• Check in driversandcoordinate related activities and communication to ensure they getto the correct buildings.
• Work with the buildings to coordinate loads and schedules
• Monitors properties by camera and make security roundsthroughouttheproperty
• Ability to multi-task (operate gates, answer phones, watch cameras)
• Monitor and alert drivers and tenants of dangerous conditions
• Ability to de-escalate potentially difficult situations
• Ability to solve problems to help drivers get to their locations

Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and multi-task
• Ability to enter data andoperatesoftware on computer

Education and Experience:

• Required:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent
• Preferred:
  Three years' experience in related field
• Valid driver'slicense

Physical and/or Travel Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting
• Must be able to lift upto 15 pounds at a time
