**** JOB SUMMARY
** The
** Director, Spine, Sports & CMFT Supply Chain Procurement
** is the end-to-end strategic, commercial and operational Procurement leader for the Spine, Sports Medicine and Craniomaxillofacial and Thoracic (CMFT) platforms. The role is a member of the Orthopaedics Supply Chain Procurement Leadership Team and the primary Source partner to the Spine, Sports & CMFT Supply Chain Leadership Team.

The Director translates platform, product and Supply Chain priorities into integrated supplier, sourcing, contracting, innovation, risk, network and value-creation strategies. The position is accountable across the complete supplier lifecycle, from upstream R&D engagement and supplier selection through contracting, performance management, business continuity, implementation and stabilization.

A central accountability is shaping and executing the future supply network, including acquisitions and integrations, external-manufacturing strategies, site exits, in sourcing and outsourcing decisions, major product and manufacturing transfers, and supplier-network transformation. The role balances immediate service and continuity requirements with multi-year roadmaps supporting growth, quality, resilience, margin expansion, cash flow and innovation.
** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**** 1. Platform Leadership & Business Partnership*
* • Serve as the senior Procurement leader and single point of accountability for Spine, Sports & CMFT, representing Source in platform, value-stream, financial, innovation and operational governance.
• Translate business, product and Supply Chain strategies into clear Procurement priorities, roadmaps, resource plans and executive decisions.
• Partner across R&D, NPI, Technical Operations, Planning, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, Operations, Commercial and regional teams; escalate material risks and decisions promptly.
** 2. Procurement Strategy, Financial Performance & Value Creation*
