We’re looking for a dependable, friendly, and hardworking Delivery Driver & Production Assistant to join our roasting team in Orange.
This is a driving-first position. The person in this role should expect to spend approximately 20–25 hours each week making deliveries in a company van. The remainder of the schedule will be spent supporting coffee production, packaging, fulfillment, inventory, and general upkeep at the roastery.

Prior coffee or production experience is helpful, but it isn’t required. We’re more interested in finding someone who is dependable, comfortable spending long periods on the road, willing to help wherever needed, and interested in learning more about coffee.
