- Manual order entry
- Hit List- monitor supplier shipments and deliveries
- Communicate with suppliers by email or phone if issues arise
- Monitor email multiple times daily for supplier ASN’s
- Manage Problem Communications (PCs) and provide supporting documents
- Adjust rubber inventories
- Run MRP/Vendor Scheduling weekly and back up
- Track and manage overseas shipments
- Shipping and customer service back up
- Manage and keep in contact with Logistics Freight Forwarder
- Manage and issue AETC’s for expedite pick up and deliveries
- Review freight bills for errors from logistics company
- Maintain supplier release files
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) One to three months related experience and/ or training equivalent combination for education and experience. Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft applications preferred. (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc..)
