As our Assistant Branch Manager, you play a vital role in our credit union. You will coach and develop associates by providing training on procedures, processes, sales, and referral techniques. You will create a climate that delivers an exceptional experience for both members and associates. You balance processes with the need to provide a frictionless experience for our members, proactively build a cohesive team, and coach and develop team members to reach their full potential.

You support branch management to achieve branch strategic goals and leave each day feeling proud of the work you do to ensure exceptional member service.

• Two years of college or an Associate Degree.
• Minimum three years of related experience in the banking/financial services industry.
• Equivalent work experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
