Minimum Qualifications- Technical diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office and production management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Certification in supervisory management or leadership training programs.
- Familiarity with industry‑specific regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Demonstrated success in conflict resolution and employee development.
- Manage and supervise daily activities of assigned team members to meet production and quality goals.
- Coordinate work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to employees to promote skill development and accountability.
- Identify operational challenges and collaborate with management to implement effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory standards within the work area.
- Maintain accurate records of team performance, attendance, and incident reports.
- Facilitate communication between staff and upper management to address concerns and share updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and efficiency measures.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide and inspire team members toward achieving operational goals.

- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the plant for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment with exposure to chemicals, fumes, and varying temperatures.
