Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Manager of AI Enablement at Northeast Ohio Medical University! Northeast Ohio Medical University ( NEOMED ) is a mission-driven, community-based medical university committed to educating health professionals, advancing discovery, and improving the health of our region. We are seeking a Senior Manager of AI Enablement, in the new Center for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Experience ( AIDE ), to lead the Clinical Innovation and Development team within the AIDE .

This individual is responsible for translating AI solutions into practical, scalable applications for utilization within clinical and operational environments.

Starting Salary Range: $141,031 – $183,340, commensurate with experience.

The Center for AI and Digital Experience ( AIDE ) is a joint, mission-driven center jointly established between University Hospitals (UH)–Northeast Ohio Medical University ( NEOMED ) to focus on advancing human-centered artificial intelligence in healthcare.

The Senior Manager for AI Enablement, leading the Clinical Innovation and Development team within the AIDE , is responsible for translating AI solutions into practical, scalable applications for utilization within clinical and operational environments. This role is a “chief of staff” to the Executive Director, serving as the primary entrance point to triage opportunities from both the inside of UH/ NEOMED as well as outside, e.g., startups, external opportunities.
