• Prioritize quality and customer satisfaction as cornerstones of our culture.
• Be responsible for successfully managing home renovation projects based on a given scope of work.
• Be able to complete projects on time while maintaining an open line of communication with the client.
• Manage multiple projects within a specified market with an average job size of $2k to $20k.
• Ensure administrative tasks are up to date and entered into our CRM dashboard.
• Ocassional physical labor is required.

• 2+ years of experience managing residential home remodeling projects including homeowner interaction.
• Requires clear communication skills, strong attention to detail and a customer service focus.
• DProficiency with Technology including MS Excel.
• Trusted network of contractors and subcontractors, and contractor experience in your market preferred
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines with flexibility, and multi-task with minimal direction
• 100% in the field. Must have valid driver’s license and 3-5 years clean driving record
