TGAE Group is seeking a highly methodical Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for our complex digital deployments. You will manage cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure that our multi-layered enterprise web and marketing projects are delivered flawlessly on time and within budget.
Requirements- 3+ years of technical project management or coordination experience within a large digital agency or tech firm
- Mastery of enterprise project management ecosystems (e.g., Jira, Asana Enterprise, )
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, web development life cycles, and digital marketing workflows
- Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across a nationwide portfolio
- High-level communication skills, capable of translating technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
- PMP, CAPM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly preferred
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-expectation remote environment
- Orchestrate the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-grade digital projects, from scoping to post-launch QA
- Develop and maintain complex Gantt charts, resource allocation models, and sprint schedules
- Act as the central liaison between enterprise clients, full-stack developers, and creative directors
- Identify critical path bottlenecks, proactively resolving scope creep and resource allocation conflicts
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and high-stakes client progress check-ins
- Enforce rigorous quality control standards and maintain pristine project documentation archives
- Manage project budgets, tracking burn rates, and delivering financial variance reports to executive leadership
