City Year Dallas seeks an Impact Manager to lead day-to-day partnerships with two partner schools and to oversee the Whole School, Whole Child service model. You will supervise 10–15 Ameri Corps volunteers, coach returning leaders, and ensure high-quality service with strong communication between schools and City Year.
You will report to the Impact Director, drive continuous improvement, and support student success through structured coaching, partnership stewardship, and operational oversight.
