• Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency across sales and customer service functions

• Foster a positive office culture centered around growth, professionalism, teamwork, and customer experience
• Assist with sales strategy, production goals, and performance management
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds and provide exceptional customer service
• Monitor workflows, office organization, and operational standards
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts for new team members
• Ensure compliance with agency procedures, company standards, and industry regulations

• Prior management experience in sales and customer service required
• Insurance or financial services industry experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to motivate and develop a team

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
