The Associate Director of Project and Change Management provides leadership and expertise for managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives within the Division of Strategic Educational Alliances. This position serves as the division's dedicated leader responsible for project management excellence and change management strategy, ensuring initiatives achieve maximum impact through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable adoption. This role develops and implements project management frameworks and change management methodologies that guide initiatives from conception through successful integration.
This position exists to transform divisional goals into measurable outcomes by ensuring rigorous project execution and proactive change facilitation.
