GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm–11:30pm) to lead a warehouse team and optimize daily operations in the United States. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and a background in logistics or 3PL environments.
Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching the team, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. A flexible schedule and bilingual abilities are a plus.
