Operations Management, Financial Manager
Backed by the reputation of a trusted national brand established in 1994, Mr. Electric and Mr. Rooter Newark combines the backing of a proven industry leader with the energy of a fast-growing, highly successful regional operation. We value our people, push for aggressive growth, and foster a supportive, high-energy environment.
Our track record speaks for itself: team members don't leave. In fact, our last voluntary resignation was over three years ago. We have built an incredible team of hungry, high-performing field professionals and office staff who show up every day ready to crush goals. We move fast, support one another, and celebrate wins together.
About the RoleAs our Controller, you will serve as the strategic financial engine driving our rapid expansion. Having grown to $15M and actively and strategically growing, our goal is to reach $50M by 2035. Up to this point, our two owners have handled high-level financial functions. We are now bringing in an experienced financial leader to own our accounting operations, eliminate financial decision-making lag, and partner directly with ownership to lead growth decisions.
You will lead with real-time financial reporting. Your work will ensure ownership can make fully informed, data-driven decisions on fleet management, marketing spend, vendor contracts, and hiring in a timely manner.
