Human Resources Director .

The Milton Retirement Board is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to serve as Executive Director of the Milton Retirement System. Reporting directly to the Retirement Board, the Executive Director is responsible for the daily administration and operation of the Retirement System in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 32, Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission (PERAC) regulations, and the policies and procedures established by the Retirement Board.

The Executive Director provides professional and responsive service to active members, retirees, beneficiaries, and Board members and works closely with the System's investment managers, investment consultant, actuary, legal counsel, and other professional advisors.
