The Operations Directo
r oversees all administrative, operational, and financial aspects of one of our Philadelphia forensic programs. The Director provides leadership and direction for program operations, workforce management, stakeholder partnerships, contract fulfillment, quality assurance efforts, and the development of strategic initiatives to support organizational objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Provide overall leadership and oversight of the Forensic Program, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Direct the delivery and quality of forensic psychological services, including evaluations, assessments, and testing.
• Develop, implement, and enhance program operations, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Manage program budgets, resources, reporting requirements, and key performance metrics.
• Recruit, supervise, develop, and retain high-performing staff while fostering a positive, mission-driven culture.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, licensing, contractual, and accreditation requirements.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with behavioral health providers, healthcare organizations, community partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Represent the Forensic Program internally and externally, promoting service awareness, community engagement, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor outcomes, and implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Participate in organizational leadership activities and oversee special projects and other duties as assigned by Executive Leadership.
