The RA Manager helps ensure smooth and effective daily operations s role coordinates Resident Associate (RA) staff scheduling and provides direct supervision and guidance to the RA team. Working closely with leadership, this position supports consistent procedures, clear communication, and high-quality client care. Overall, the RA Manager plays a key role in maintaining an organized, supportive, and well-managed environment for both staff and clients.

• Provide direct supervision to the RA staff
• Manage RA staff scheduling, leave approval, payroll, timekeeping, training, performance evaluations and other tasks associated with direct supervision
• Train staff on company and program policies and procedures, daily shift expectations and EHR system use.
• Collaborate with Residential Manager, Office Manager and leadership teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues.
• Communicate updates, procedural changes, and operational needs to staff and leadership regularly.
• Ensure timely and accurate data collection and entry for shift notes, MAR, hourly checks, vitals collection and processing of intakes.
• Monitor data entry practices; act as a local resource and trainer for staff on correct procedures.
• Attend meetings regularly for information gathering to communicate back to RAs and ensure consistency across locations.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to ensure smooth operations of the center.

• High school diploma required.
• At least 2 years of working in a residential setting experience; management and supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in scheduling, customer service, or clinical settings preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and EHR systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / EXPECTATIONS:

• Supervise, lead, and train staff while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance reviews.
• Serve as the main contact for staff and client issues, and for process improvements.
• Work in a clinical office environment with regular staff and client interaction.
• Sit or stand for long periods; lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.
• Flexible schedule required, including some evenings and weekends.
• Performance reviewed annually based on goals, efficiency, and satisfaction outcomes.
