The Regional Vice President, Service provides executive leadership and strategic direction for a large multi‑state service region. This role is responsible for overseeing Regional Directors, Service Managers, and branch leadership teams to drive operational excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth across the region.

The Regional Vice President leads a large‑scale organization consisting of multiple service operations and several hundred associates while ensuring alignment with company objectives, safety standards, and the Cool Sys CARES culture. This leader serves as a key strategic partner to executive leadership and plays a critical role in expanding market presence, driving profitability, and developing future leaders within the organization.

This position is remote in the US Eastern time zone.

• Champion and drive a culture of Safety throughout the region and ensure all safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are consistently followed.
• Develop and execute regional business strategies that support company growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer retention objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to Regional Directors and senior operational leaders across multiple branches and markets.
• Establish and monitor financial and operational performance metrics, including revenue growth, gross margin, EBITDA, labor productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Lead regional forecasting, workforce planning, and resource allocation strategies to support current and future business demands.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities into underserved markets, strategic verticals, and new customer offerings.
• Partner closely with Sales and Business Development leadership to support revenue growth initiatives and strategic account development.
• Build and maintain executive‑level customer relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Lead escalation management efforts for critical customer, operational, or employee‑related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational standardization across the region.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, acquisitions integration, and organizational initiatives.
