• Direct daily work activities on the line in order to meet productivity and production goals.
• Train operators in accordance with work instructions and training plan.
• Ensure product and packaging quality of all materials packaged for shipment.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed by line personnel.
• Evaluate new operators following the OJT’s.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year manufacturing experience.
• Demonstration of leadership ability and an understanding of the basics of extrusion, lamination, and/or conversion.
• Strong computer aptitude and experience.
• Current Berry Global forklift operator’s license may be required.
