• Perform routine preventive, breakdown, and upgrade maintenance to improve production equipment and process during normal production hours.
• Handle repair calls, preventative maintenance (PM) tasks, equipment troubleshooting, and installation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and complete any other necessary tasks outside the normal capabilities of production personnel.
• Use good judgment and make proper decisions in compliance with safety policies (JHAs, SJPs, LOTO) throughout the facility and with equipment used and maintained.
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to troubleshoot, use industrial electrical and mechanical knowledge, and work a flexible schedule, including scheduled and unscheduled overtime, rotating shifts, and off shifts.
• Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Once trained, must be able to properly lock‑out all required equipment and assist other teammates in doing so.
• Must be able to demonstrate proper communication skills between shifts and departments.
• Must be able to clearly and efficiently document completed work in the D365 asset management system.
• Willing to work overtime to meet training requirements and increase skill set as needed.
• General industrial electrical experience.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills.
• Knowledge of LOTOTO.

• 2‑year technical degree.
• Participation in safety teams or programs.
