Converting Utility B
Position ObjectiveAssists the Operator in producing a good quality product safely and efficiently while performing sonic, hand trim, die cut cleaning, and packaging duties.
Shift TimesHiring for 7am to 5:30pm and 4pm to 2:30am shifts
Starting PayStarting at $12.25 per hr. Earn $1.00 more per hour on 4pm to 2:30am with shift differential.

- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Be available for overtime.
- Complete basic math such as adding, dividing, subtracting, percentages, etc.
- Must be able to read a ruler to 1/16"
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
- Ensures that the workplace is safe, professional, and clean by upholding company THM practices.
- Clean, inspect, and stack the product according to standard or customer requirements.
- Assists the Operator in the upkeep of the machine and assists in set up for production runs.
- Assists coworkers as needed to maintain levels of production.
- Package materials according to Coroplast standards of packaging.
- Hand trims Laminate
- Weld boxes
- Sort material as needed
- Assist in installation and uninstallation of dies on die cutter workstations.
- Notify Operator, Lead, or Supervisor of any issues or defects.
- Inside environmental conditions protected from weather conditions, not necessarily temperature conditions.
- Subject to hazards such as moving machinery, electrical currents, falling debris, exposure to chemicals, gases, or high heat.
- Slitter machines, die cutter machines and laminators.
- Lite maintenance tools
- Sonic and hand welders
- Lite measuring devices (tape measures etc.)
- Standing, particularly for sustained periods of time.
- DEGREE OF LIFTING: 26-50 LBS.
- Machine operation, inspection, close assembly.
- Position requires individual to differentiate colors, depth and perception.
