Warehouse Technician

We are looking for a Warehouse Technician – 1st Shift to join our rapidly growing pet food company with thirty years of growth in the global pet food sector. This position is located in Auburn, Kentucky and reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.

This position is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of all finished products within the warehouse at a state‑of‑the‑art pet food production facility.

• Receive packaged product/finished goods from the Production department, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Stock the product in an efficient, orderly, and timely manner.
• Operate forklift (sit and stand), turret trucks, and electric pallet jacks (riders) safely.
• Load and unload trucks from and to vendors/distributors.
• Perform order picking and refill processes to support outbound operations.
• Use hand‑held scanners and enter accurate information into the Warehouse Management System.
• Ensure pallet license plates accurately display product information.
• Develop awareness of quality assurance standards.
• Represent Champion Petfoods at community sponsored events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of forklift experience and/or equivalent warehouse experience.

• Working inside a clean, modern, state‑of‑the‑art pet food manufacturing facility with brand new equipment.
