Salary Range: $19.07 - $25.80 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC mills, lathes, and high-precision industrial metal-cutting equipment. You will work hands-on with advanced machinery, follow documented processes, and help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

- Operate machines using best and safe practices
- Must produce parts within required tolerances
- Follow documented processes
- Maintain a high degree of quality
- Function as a team member and support other teams
- Maintain accurate paperwork
- Housekeeping/maintenance of work area and machinery
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning industrial machinery
- Willingness to learn machine safety procedures and proper PPE use
- Ability to use simple measuring tools (tape measure, ruler) or willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail with a focus on producing accurate cuts
- Ability to work safely around large materials and moving equipment
- Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and reading dimensions
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Exposure to hand tools or basic shop tools
- Familiarity with reading simple work orders or production sheet
- Interest in learning CNC controls and automated equipment
- Ability to lift materials and assist with loading/unloading using forklift or overhead crane
