Requirements

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the positions.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Will be required to obtain forklift and stand‑up lift certification.
• Frequent lifting of 15 to 35 pounds; occasionally lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Regularly required to stand, bend and reach and lift boxes as high as 66 inches.
• Must be able to work at heights up to 18 feet and capable of operating a pallet jack.
• Safety equipment restricts a personal weight limit up to 325 lbs.

Duties And Responsibilities

• S&R Leader at SV5, SV5-2 and Warehouse. S&R Leader will be expected to learn and maintain skills required at each of the Scottsville locations.
• Assign operators to work area and designate breaks.
• Required to assist in the loading and unloading of truck shipments, stocking and picking carts – customer orders and kanbans.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Must be able to print and prepare picklists to keep S/r supplied with orders to pick on multiple shifts.
• Must be able to perform limited functions of S/R Supervisor in the event of his/her absence.
• Scan all items received and enter receipts using MICS – gun or PC.
• Stocking, transferring, picking, wrapping and other tasks involved with shipping receiving process.
• Will be assigned to Cycle Count area and keep area clean.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
