Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

• Direct and oversee daily production operations to meet production targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules, labor, and material requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to product quality standards and manufacturing specifications.

• Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with automation technologies and robotics integration
• PMP or other recognized project management certification
