The ideal candidate will lead cultural shifts toward a Lean Operating System and engage with plant leadership. Responsibilities include mentoring staff on Lean methodologies, tracking impact on performance, and facilitating Kaizen events. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Operations Management and at least 2 years of plant leadership experience.
