Maintenance Supervisor

• Lead and supervise maintenance teams while upholding safety and GMP standards
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance for production equipment
• Develop strategies to improve operations and reduce costs
• Analyze KPIs and work orders to prioritize repairs and improvements
• Coordinate proactive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting with strong leadership skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years in maintenance and reliability
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings
  
  Experience with plant production software and budgeting
• Skilled in training employees on technology, processes, and procedures
