- Troubleshoot using working knowledge of PLCs, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Perform plumbing and pipe fitting duties as required on plant piping, such as water, air, gas, and chemical lines.
- Operate and repair all process equipment electrically and mechanically.
- Read and interpret machine electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- Installation, modification and fabrication of equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules.
- Weld and fabricates as necessary for repairing projects.
- Maintain the interior and exterior of buildings.
- Communicate with the management team, production team, and logistic team.
- Participates in continuous improvement regarding safety, quality, and housekeeping.
- Performs preventative maintenance as directed.
- Perform various inspections on safety equipment.
- Requisition s material, parts, and tools
- Coordinates the scheduling of repairs or equipment service with management team and production schedule.
- Actively participates in adhering to plant housekeeping requirements by picking up trash, sweeping work areas, and returning materials and equipment to their proper location.
- Reads and comprehends instructions regarding new equipment, equipment changes and/or procedural changes.
- Other tasks are determined by management.
- Plan outages and other maintenance tasks.
