Recruiting Solutions is seeking an Electronics Soldering Technician for a printed circuit board manufacturing company in Simpsonville, South Carolina! This is a 1st shift, Monday to Friday temp-to-hire position offering a competitive pay range of $13 to $25/hr depending on relevant experience and certifications in electronics assembly, as well as a range of benefits available once hired on including primary medical care service, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, and more!

Job Responsibilities
- Perform electronic assembly and soldering of components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Execute through-hole and surface mount technology (SMT) soldering
- Rework and repair circuit boards as needed
- Wire and assemble electronic components per specifications
- Apply epoxies, RTV, and conformal coatings
- Follow work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
- Perform additional assembly or production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior electronics soldering experience required
- Experience with PCB assembly preferred
- Familiarity with through-hole and SMT processes
- Ability to perform detailed, repetitive work with a high level of accuracy
- Basic computer skills preferred but not required
- Ability to pass an onsite soldering assessment
