** What You’ll Do**
* ** Assemble Custom Products:
** Build high-end site furnishings, waste & recycling receptacles, and golf course amenities using hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
* ** Follow Build Plans:
** Read and interpret work orders and bills of materials.
* ** Quality Inspection:
** Inspect finished materials, plastic lumber components, fasteners, and hardware to ensure products meet quality and visual standards.
* ** Drive Team Goals:
** Collaborate with team members across the shop floor to meet daily production targets safely and efficiently.## Qualifications###

* ** Mechanical Aptitude:
** Comfortable working with drills, drivers, tape measures, and assembly tools.
* ** Eye for Quality:
** Strong attention to detail to ensure seamless fit and finish on customized products.
