The City of Salina, Kansas, is seeking a Wastewater Plant Operator I to support Salina's utility systems. You will monitor equipment, perform preventive maintenance, draw samples, and keep shift logs as part of a skilled team.
On-the-job training is provided by experienced staff, with mentoring to develop key operational skills and a path to advancement to Operator II and Senior Operator. Starting pay ranges from $24.47 to $25.69 per hour, with overtime premiums after 6:00 p.m.
