Woodweb is seeking a Plant Manager for its wood products manufacturing operation in Arkansas. You will lead plant operations alongside the CEO, driving safety, quality, service, and cost to meet customer expectations and profitability.
Responsibilities include mentoring staff, managing production and shipping schedules, cost control, regulatory compliance, and Lean initiatives. A Bachelor's in Operations or related field and 5+ years supervisory experience are preferred;
