- Able to read a measuring tape and use basic hand tools
- Good with math and written skills
- Works safely, wearing required PPE; including a ½ mask respirator or PAPR
- Follow written and verbal instruction, plus document quality and production data
- Can comprehend established quality standard and apply them through the process
- Can meet or exceed standard production rates according to daily goals
- Team oriented, can work well with others and is respectful
- Contributes to continuous improvement activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Able and willing to work past scheduled hours when necessary
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to push and pull up to 500lb rolling carts with the help of another person
- Must have good manual dexterity, be able to squat, bend, and twist repetitively
- Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced
- Prolonged periods working on feet and performing repetitive actions
