Rate commensurate with experience and skill. Must have reliable transportation and good attendance is a must. Prefer candidates with 1-2 years of work experience, but we are willing to train.

• Load & Unload Raw Material
• De-Burring & Prepping Parts for Shipment
• Packaging Parts for Shipment
• Etching finished Parts with Proper Identification for Customers
• Read and interpret documents including process sheets, blueprints, sketches, and work orders

• 1-3 years experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience w/ Cranes, Forklifts, and Hi-Lows is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Critical thinking and a drive for problem-solving
• A positive and a proactive mindset
• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Our Operators, Machinists, and Grinders work with all kinds of manufacturing equipment used to produce components for the Machine Tool & Shear Blade Industries;
Vertical & Horizontal CNC Machining Centers, Milling & Saw Equipment, Blanchard & Surface Grinders, Heat Treating Equipment, etc. These employees are the backbone of our organization.
