A+ PRODUCTION FLEX

Position Summary

The A+ Team Member Program is designed to develop team members who can support multiple production areas across MV Assembly, SV Assembly, Fabrication, and Inventory Control based on changing customer demand and business needs.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work in various manufacturing environments.
  • Assist with training, coaching, and sharing best practices with fellow team members when appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
