** for our Heat Treat department to help shape precision aluminum castings used in aerospace, defense, and cutting-edge industries.

- ** What You’ll Do
*** Get hands-on preparing castings for heat treatment by following step-by-step instructions
* Learn to read and understand job specs and production requirements
* Be part of the aging and straightening process to help create quality products
* Set up and run heat treat equipment with training and team support
* Take pride in helping ensure finished products meet quality standards--
- ** What We’re Looking For
*** Prior
** manufacturing experience
** preferred (but we’ll train the right person!).
* ** High school diploma or GED
** preferred.
* Good attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
* Comfortable working with your hands in an active environment.
