Position Overview

This position is designed as an entry-level leadership opportunity for a high-potential individual who wants to build a career in aerospace manufacturing. The successful candidate will gain hands‑on experience in program execution, cross-functional coordination, delivery management, and communication with senior leadership.

As the individual develops their skills and demonstrates strong performance, there will be opportunities to take on broader program ownership, increased leadership responsibilities, and potential advancement into higher-level leadership positions.

We are looking for someone with the drive to learn, the discipline to execute, and the ambition to grow into a future leader within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate aerospace program deliveries through backend operations to support customer delivery commitments.
  • Monitor and expedite castings through Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and other required processing operations to meet delivery targets.
  • Track program progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively drive solutions to minimize delays.
  • Provide daily program status updates to upper management, including delivery commitments, risks, priorities, and recovery plans.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues and ensure successful program execution.
  • Maintain accurate program tracking, follow up on action items, and ensure accountability across departments.
  • Develop a strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing and repair processes, customer requirements, and internal operating procedures.
  • Take ownership of assigned programs and demonstrate the ability to manage increasing levels of complexity and responsibility over time.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and a willingness to take ownership of results.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence progress without direct authority.
  • Comfortable communicating program status, identifying risks, and escalating issues to leadership.
  • Strong desire to learn, develop leadership skills, and pursue long‑term career growth within the organization.
  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing, production coordination, or program management is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with aerospace repair processes, including XR, Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI), and welding, is a plus but not required.
