* ** Schedule*
* + 12-hour shifts

+ Start times:  
** 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM*
* +  
** 2-2-3 rotating schedule*
* + Rotate between day and night shifts every 8 weeks

** PPE Required*
* + Steel-toe safety boots required

** Documents Required (CAN NOT Move forward without)*

* ** What We're Looking For*
* + Minimum  
** 2 years of machine operating experience*
* + Current resume required

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

** Job Responsibilities*
* As a Machine Operator, you will:

+ Operate and monitor CNC machining equipment

+ Load and unload machine pallets and parts carriers

+ Perform quality inspections and measurements using:

+ Digital calipers

+ Height gauges

+ Go/No-Go gauges

+ Thread gauges

+ Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures

+ Enter production and traceability data into company systems

+ Maintain accurate quality records and measurement data

+ Conduct basic machine inspections and cleaning

+ Ensure proper material handling and product traceability

+ Support housekeeping, safety, and continuous improvement efforts

+ Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams

** Work Environment*
* This position is located in a manufacturing facility and may include:

+ Exposure to machine noise and vibration

+ Oils, lubricants, and industrial equipment

+ Extended periods of standing and walking

+ Wearing safety glasses and required PPE throughout the shift
