ASSEMBLY / OPERATOR - 2nd and 3rd SHIFT
Full Time Manual Labor Franklin, KY, US
Essential Functions
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to use close vision and focus to determine quality of parts.
- Ability to quickly remove metal flash from cast aluminum parts.
- Ability to repetitively and continuously use fine dexterity for an 8–10-hour shift.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE—long pants, closed toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection—always while on the job.
Job Dimensions (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities or KSAs)
- Inspect each part for quality and accuracy.
- Inform Team Leader when quality issues arise.
- Remove metal flash from cast aluminum parts.
