Run the paid work sessions and technical deep-dives, and write the feedback that goes to every candidate whether or not they get an offer.
What we look for- Senior engineering experience in AI, data or product work
- Can assess someone without needing them to think the way you do
- Writes feedback a rejected candidate can actually use
- Available for two to five sessions a week
Not every line has to be a yes. Apply if most of it sounds like you.
What happens next- 01 A 30-minute conversation With someone you would actually work with. No recruiter screen, no take-home before we have spoken.
- 02 A paid work session Four hours, paid at contractor rate, on a problem close to real work. You keep whatever you build.
- 03 A deep-dive on your craft Ninety minutes on something you have done before. We ask about the decisions and the parts that went wrong.
- 04 A decision within a week Offer or not, with written feedback either way. We have never taken longer and do not intend to start.
We pay for the work session at contractor rate. Asking for unpaid labour from someone who already has a job is not a fair trade.
